Note: This document and video explain the multiple ways to create an estimate. 




1. Under Maintain Click Estimates


2. Click Add Estimate 


3. Enter in each line



4. Click New Expense to add expenses to the Estimate. Once complete click SAVE ESTIMATE/BID



Note: This 2nd method of creating an Estimate is done from within a pre-existing workorder


1a. Within the financial area, next to Estimate/Bid click CREATE


2a. Repeat steps 3 & 4 


 


Note: This 3rd method of creating an Estimate is done when creating a Workorder


1b. Under Maintain Click Workorders

 


2b. Click ADD WORKORDER

3b. After entering in each line click CREATE ESTIMATE


4b. Repeat steps 3 & 4
