This document and video explain the process of adding a technician to an internal vendor.



  1. Under Home click Vendors


2. Select an Internal Vendor (Note: For easy finding try filtering by internal)


3. From the vendor detail page click ADD TECH


4. Enter information into each line
    A. First Name
    B. Address
    C. 
City
    D. 
Email
    E. 
Contact Method ie: Phone App, Email, Text (SMS) or Manual
   
 FTitle ie: Maintenance Technician
    
G. Add Property Group (Note: This applies only if property groups are set up)

  

  H. Last Name
    I. State
    J. 
Postal Code
    K. 
Cell Number


5. Select the correct permissions as well as Applications


6. Click ADD
