How to add a unit to a property using the mobile app
To add a unit to a property you must first create a property. To learn how to add a property click here.
Keep in mind that properties that are type Single Family will not have units.
Select a property you want to add a unit to.
You can only add units to properties that are type Single Family.
Click on the orange pencil and paper in the top left corner.
A drop-down menu will appear.
Click Add Unit from the property options
Enter in basic unit information. Such as the unit name, square foot, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms.
Keep in mind the only required field is the unit name. Once the information is entered click Add.
Once the unit is added if you back out to the property detail you will the unit was added.
