Note: This document will explain how to get Approval for an Estimate and Workorder



1. To get Approval for an Estimate begin by clicking on Estimates under Maintain


2. Once you have created your Estimate, click Get Approval


3. Click on a contact.

  1. The yellow arrow indicates the contact you are going to ask for Approval
  2. The First and Last name of the contact
  3. Title of the contact ie: Owner, Tenant, and Vendor
  4. Contact Method: Click to change the contact method


4. Once you have your contact selected click, Add

5. The Estimate will stay Pending Approval until either Denied or Approved

Note: There are two different ways to get Approval for a Workorder. When creating the Workorder and after you have saved the Workorder.

  1. Once all line items have been entered click Get Approval



OR

1. Once the Workorder is created and saved, click Add from within the Workorder


2. Click on a contact

  1. The yellow arrow indicates the contact you are going to ask for Approval from.
  2. The First and Last name of the contact. 
  3. Title of the contact ie: Owner, Tenant, and Vendor
  4. Contact Method: Click to change the contact method



3. Once you have your contact selected click, Add

4. The Workorder will stay Pending Approval until either Denied or Approved
